How can I shop?
You can purchase
products by navigating through the main menu’s categories/subcategories in the
home page. By moving your cursor over the category, the category expands and
its subcategories appear, where the customer can view all products.
Alternatively, you can
purchase products directly from the product’s region of origin, through the
recommended recipes and from the ready-made cart options.
How can I pay?
You can use any of the
following payment methods to pay for your order.
Mastercard Credit,
Mastercard Debit, Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, American Express,
PayPal.
The personal data in
relation to your payment will not be saved in our website’s archives, instead
they will be directly connected to the bank. All credit and debit card holders
are subject to verification by the card’s issuer or through the Paypal service.
The product I want is
out of stock. When will it be available again?
In case you have
already placed your order and the product is out of stock, we will contact you
immediately to inform you on any potential delay or to send you a similar
product of your choice. If you have any questions or if you need more
information, please contact our Customer Support Department.
Shipment method and
cost
Products indicated as
“Available” are shipped within 3-5 working days from the order date (provided
that the order was placed by 13:00 p.m.) by courier. Products that are
not immediately available are shipped as soon as they are made available.
For the purchase of
any product, the customer is charged with a shipping cost depending of the total order weight. Free Delivery is onlly available for Greece.
* For areas that are hard
to reach, the customers will pick up the product from the closest service point
of the courier company.
For any delay in the
delivery of your order, please contact us so that we can resolve any problem
that may have arisen.
All the aforementioned
shipping prices do not include VAT. Upon the placement of your order, you will
automatically receive an e-mail containing the analysis of your order. You do
not need to do anything else.
Upon the placement of
your order, you will automatically receive an e-mail informing you that your
order has been received and registered, listing all the items of your order in
detail.
Payment Methods
For your convenience,
we offer the following payment methods for your order:
Credit card
You can carry out the
payment with absolute security and confidentiality using Visa / Mastercard, in
a quick and easy manner.
The card details are
directly entered in the Viva Payments webpage.
Neither your credit
card number nor any other details on your card (CCV2, expiration date etc.) are
kept in our databases for obvious security reasons.
The clearance takes
place automatically when the Credit Card is selected as the payment method and
the processing of your order begins immediately.
Cash on delivery
Only available in Greece with an aditional charge of €2.00.
Paypal
Clearance takes place automatically when PayPal is selected as the payment method and the processing of your order begins immediately.
I received a defective
product
If you find a defective
product, please contact our Customer Service team, indicating your order
number, the name and code of the defective product, as well as a description of
the problem.
We will contact you within 4 hours and we will send you the corresponding replacement product on the next working day, bearing the shipping costs ourselves.
A product is missing
from my order
In case that you have
not received all the products in your order, please contact our Customer
Support Department directly through the Contact Us section, having the
following information available:
Your order number
Your order’s value
Your order’s payment details
I have received a
different product than the one I ordered
If you receive a different product than the one you ordered, please contact our Customer Support Department directly through the Contact Us section, indicating your order number, as well as the product’s name and code.
Order Cancellation
For any order
cancellation (in whole or in part), you will need to send an e-mail to [email protected]
or call 2221116484 to speak to a Superb Foods representative. This option is
only provided before the moment we inform you via email that your order has
been delivered to the courier service.

PROTECTION
1. All transactions
carried out via www.superbfoods.gr are governed by the International and
European Law, which regulates e-commerce issues, as well as by the Law on
consumer protection (Law 2251/1994), which regulates issues regarding sales.
2. The company informs
you that, in order to provide you with better and comprehensive support through
the services we offer in our web portal, it processes your personal data based
on Law 2472/1997 and its relevant amendments, and also based on the following:
You only provide us with the data, which is necessary for the smooth completion
of the purchase. Specifically, the data necessary for any transaction are the
following: your full name, phone number, home address (street, city, postal
code), shipping address and type of the proof of payment document (receipt,
invoice). At the same time, we ask you to voluntarily provide some information
such as: mobile phone number (in case we need to contact you directly), fax
number and profession. Data for the proof of payment document: In case of an
invoice, we need the company name, T.I.N., relevant Tax Office, profession,
registered office address and a contact number. Otherwise, each visitor can
browse our e-shop without providing any personal information. We will need your
personal data (your e-mail and a password) only when you proceed to order
products or catalogs. In summary, we only request the information that is
necessary in order to achieve our goal, which is the timely delivery of the
products you ordered, the safe payment of your order and in order to offer your
the best service possible, so that you will be satisfied and choose us again
for your purchases.
3. We use the
information you have entrusted us with so as to offer you the best service
possible:
• To deliver orders
that you have carried out online to your place.
• For you to be able
to confirm your orders.
• To be able to get
back to you regarding your potential questions and searches.
• To be able to send

4. We do not
distribute your personal data to third parties under any circumstances (article
11 Law 2472/1997). We not sell or lease out your personal data to third parties
under any circumstances. This data is used exclusively by us in order to
constantly improve our services to you. The only exception to this commitment
is the case when specific information is requested by the relevant State
Authorities upon a court judgment.
