Chocolate Cream Dessert with BEE BROS Honey & Cocoa Biscuits
A quick and indulgent chocolate cream dessert, perfect for satisfying your sweet cravings and bringing back childhood memories!
Ingredients
- 4 cups milk
- 4 tbsp cornflour
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 100 g dark chocolate, chopped
- BEE BROS Honey & Cocoa Biscuits
Instructions
- Heat 3 cups of milk in a saucepan over medium heat.
- In a small bowl, mix 1 cup of milk with the cornflour and sugar. Whisk well until the solids are completely dissolved.
- Once the milk in the saucepan begins to boil, add the mixture from the bowl and stir continuously until the mixture thickens and becomes smooth.
- Add the chopped chocolate to the hot mixture and stir until it melts completely.
- For serving, prepare small glasses or bowls. Crumble one biscuit at the bottom of each.
- Pour the chocolate cream over the crumbled biscuits and top with additional crumbled biscuit.
- Allow the cream to cool slightly, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving. Enjoy!
