Chocolate Cream Dessert with BEE BROS Honey & Cocoa Biscuits
A quick and indulgent chocolate cream dessert, perfect for satisfying your sweet cravings and bringing back childhood memories!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups milk
  • 4 tbsp cornflour
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 100 g dark chocolate, chopped
  • BEE BROS Honey & Cocoa Biscuits

Instructions

  1. Heat 3 cups of milk in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix 1 cup of milk with the cornflour and sugar. Whisk well until the solids are completely dissolved.
  3. Once the milk in the saucepan begins to boil, add the mixture from the bowl and stir continuously until the mixture thickens and becomes smooth.
  4. Add the chopped chocolate to the hot mixture and stir until it melts completely.
  5. For serving, prepare small glasses or bowls. Crumble one biscuit at the bottom of each.
  6. Pour the chocolate cream over the crumbled biscuits and top with additional crumbled biscuit.
  7. Allow the cream to cool slightly, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving. Enjoy!
