Apple Oatmeal Cake with Honey

An alternative for those who love cake, but don't want to spoil their diet
Healthy and delicious for all hours of the day!
Ingredients
300 g oats, ground in a blender
150 g Vasilissa Heather & Wild Herb Honey
100 g walnuts, ground in a blender
150 ml orange juice
100 ml olive oil
3 tsp baking powder
600 g apples, peeled and cut into small pieces
1 tbsp cinnamon
Procedure
1. Preheat the oven to 170° C on the resistors
2. In a large frying pan, add the apples, cinnamon and honey and leave them on medium temperature to soften. Once they are ready, remove the frying pan from the heat.
3. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well with a spoon.
4. Transfer the mixture to a cake pan lined with parchment paper and bake for 50 minutes.
