Individual Chocolate Soufflés Without Sugar

Ingredients:

4 tbsp oat flour

1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 tsp baking powder

160 ml almond milk

2 tbsp Vasilissa Pine & Oak Honey

2 tbsp stevia-sweetened dark chocolate

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan-assisted).

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except for the chocolate.

Divide the batter evenly into two small ramekins and sprinkle the grated stevia chocolate on top.

Bake for 20 minutes, and your chocolate soufflés are ready to enjoy!
