An excellent alternative to the favorite donuts of young and old. Baked donuts with cocoa and strawberry honey spread.

Ingredients:

500 gr. Flour

8 gr. Dry yeast

180 ml of milk

2 eggs

70 gr. Melted butter

60 gr. Honey spread with cocoa

30 gr. Orange food coloring (optional)

Honey spread with cocoa and strawberry for the filling


Implementation:

1. Add the flour and yeast to the mixer bowl. Mix by hand.

2. Then add the milk and beat at medium speed.

3. Add the eggs and the melted cow's butter to the mixer bowl one by one. Beat on medium speed for about 5 minutes or until it comes off the sides of the bowl. If the dough does not come off, add a little flour.

4. Cover the mixer bowl with a clean towel and wait until it doubles in volume. It will take about 90 minutes.

5. On a parchment paper, roll out our dough with the help of a rolling pin to a thickness of about 3 centimeters.

6. With the help of a glass we form the donuts. Gently shape the irregular pieces of dough into various designs. Transfer the parchment paper to a tray, wrap with a clean towel and wait until they double in volume. It will take about 60 minutes.

7. Bake the donuts at 190°C for 10 - 12 minutes.

8. As soon as they come out of the oven, let them cool slightly and then fill them with honey spread with cocoa and strawberry.
