Returns

You have the right to return the products you purchased within 14 calendar days from the date you received them.

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

You contacted our e-shop at info@superbfoods.gr on the same day or the next working day.

The products are in the same condition as you received them, that is, they have not been unsealed or their packaging has not been opened or damaged.

The products are accompanied by the retail receipt or invoice.

Charges in case of return

1. In case the reason for the product’s return is due to the fault of Superb Foods (e.g. error in the product code etc.), the shipping costs for the product’s return are borne by Superb Foods, as well as the shipping costs for the product’s second shipment.

2. In case the reason for the product’s return is due to the fault of the consumer, the shipping costs are borne by the consumer.

In the latter case, the consumer is refunded with the product’s value, excluding the shipping costs for the initial shipment and for the product’s return, as well as the Cash-On-Delivery costs (if any).
